2024 Endangered Species Conservation And Recovery Program (Traditional Section 6) Proposal Solicitation Open

CDFW's 2024 Endangered Species Conservation and Recovery Program Grant application period opened December 20, 2023. Application packages must be uploaded to the Federal Assistance Services by CDFW grant leads by 5:00 p.m., January 29, 2024. Proposals must be approved and signed by the appropriate CDFW Regional Manager or Branch Chief prior to submission. See the Proposal Solicitation Notice(opens in new tab) for submission directions.

Propositions 1 and 68, Nature-Based Solutions, and Other General Fund/Bond-Funded Grants (October 2022 to March 2024)

Drought and Climate Initiatives (October 2022 to March 2024)

CDFW is also operating a continuous submittal process for drought initiatives and projects. Some of these projects will be approved as directed actions, while other funding will be awarded on a competitive basis. Please see more information on consideration.
