Independent Drill Monitors

Plan holders, pursuant to section 8670.10 of the Government Code, may need to provide for an independent drill monitor to evaluate an out-of-state CoreVEX where a qualified public agency is unable to attend. Independent drill monitor qualifications and application instructions are described in subsection (c)(12)(B) of OSPR's Drills and Exercises regulations, 14 CCR § 820.1.
