The Drills and Exercises (D&E) Unit promotes the response readiness of vessel and facility plan holders by engaging in the design and conduct of individual exercises. Evaluators assess the performance of drill participants through the testing of specific objectives. Our goals are to enforce regulatory requirements, improve OSPR and stakeholder preparedness through drill and exercise attendance, constantly improve the drill evaluation process, and maintain up-to-date calendars.
