Retired CDFW Botanist Mary Ann Showers created a series of 210 detailed line drawings of rare, threatened, and endangered plants in California. These line drawings were created in the 1990s, and the taxonomy or state-listing status of some species may have changed since that time. Species with asterisks (*) by their names are currently listed under a different name in the Jepson Manual, their taxonomy is under review, or their state-listing status has changed.
