CDFW has finalized Guidelines for our Conservation and Mitigation Banking Program. Fish and Game Code Section 1799.1 requires CDFW to prepare Guidelines in coordination with interested parties. The Guidelines are intended to help clarify and facilitate the bank review process for bank sponsors, other agencies, the public, and our staff.
