You certify that any photo(s) that you upload to the CDFW website can be used by CDFW in any of its digital and print materials indefinitely. This material includes but is not limited to CDFW websites, marketing materials, social media sites, videos, magazines, emails, press releases, etc. The photos you submit can be used in any CDFW program/publication and are not limited to a single program/publication. You certify that you are the copyright holder or owner of the photos(s), you are 18 years or older. You have acquired the necessary permissions from all person(s) depicted in the image(s). CDFW will not sell the photo for use by any third party.
You certify that you are the parent and/or legal guardian of anyone under the age of 18 years that are depicted in the photo(s) and you grant permission for CDFW to use the photos in any of its digital and print materials indefinitely. This material includes but is not limited to CDFW websites, marketing materials, social media sites, videos, magazines, emails, press releases, etc. The photos you submit can be used in any CDFW program/publication and are not limited to a single program/publication.
