Trinity River Hatchery

A producer of steelhead, coho and Chinook salmon, the Trinity River Hatchery is on the Trinity River near Lewiston. An underwater viewing window allows visitors to watch migrating fish. The area abounds in rafting, fishing, hiking, backpacking and hunting opportunities.

Directions: Off Highway 299, go toward the town of Lewiston. Take Trinity Dam Blvd through the town of Lewiston heading north. Make a right hand turn onto Hatchery Road and continue to hatchery grounds. MAP
