SERP Concurrences

The Director of CDFW has concurred with the lead agency determination by the California Wildlife Conservation Board that the Trinity Alps Forest Restoration Project (PDF) qualifies as a statutorily exempt restoration project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Director of CDFW has concurred with the lead agency determination by Stanislaus County Parks and Recreation that the Basso/La Grange Reach Floodplain and Spawning Habitat Restoration Project (PDF) qualifies as a statutorily exempt restoration project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
