CDFW grant programs are continuing to operate business as normal, and staff are working remotely to actively manage existing grants and Department functions. 2021 FRGP Public Solicitation Notice and Guidelines

The Fisheries Restoration Grant Program is pleased to announce the 2021 Fisheries Restoration Grant Program (FRGP) Proposal Solicitation Notice (PSN)(PDF) and the link opens in new window2021 FRGP Guidelines (PDF). The 2021 FRGP PSN will be open from March 2, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. through April 13, 2021, 3:00 p.m.

You will need to download the 2021 Solicitation as a reference document to assure compliance with the Department of Fish and Wildlife's proposal requirements. CDFW will be holding PSN workshops to assist applicants in understanding the requirements of the PSN and Guidelines. It is to the benefit of the applicant to attend one of these workshops even if the applicant has submitted proposals in the past. Please attend one of the workshops listed below for information on changes to the PSN and Guidelines. There will be several online workshops reviewing the solicitation. FRGP Focus Watershed Maps

These maps are a guideline to help you find your project within the correct watershed, focus determination for a project will be based on the Focus Table in the PSN, Part III, not on these maps.
