It’s the chaos of a valley quail covey erupting from cover; the heart-pounding excitement of a tom turkey somewhere in the distance answering your call. It’s the chance to share with friends and family a wild game meal they can’t get in any grocery store, farmer’s market or five-star restaurant.

CDFW will hold an online outreach meeting for licensed hunters to take comments and recommendations regarding hunting programs on Type A Wildlife Areas in the Bay Delta Region. The online meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. using Microsoft Teams.
