Status Reports for Agreements

How to Add a Status Report 

  1. To locate your permit, select the “Permits” tab on the left side of your EPIMS dashboard. A picture containing text

  1. Select the permit you need to add a status report to. 

  1. From the Permit Components list, select the “Status Reports” component.  

  1. Scroll down slightly and select the green “Add Status Report” button in the top right corner.  

  1. This will bring you to the General Information form. 

  1. Select your Status Report type. 

  1. Add your Project name.  

  1. Select the date your report is due by. 

  1. Input the report dates. 

  1. Select the green “Save Form” button  

  1. Once you have saved the General Information form of the Status Report, you will be brought to the “Status Report Details” screen.  

  1. Select the row below the General Information form and input your specific report details. Instructions will be displayed on the screen above the form. If you have report specific questions, you can contact the Environmental Scientist assigned to your permit, the region your project is located in or the EPIMS Help Desk.   

 

If the status report has already been added by staff: 

  1. Log in to EPIMS. 
    2. From the left navigation panel, select “Permits.” A picture containing text

    3. Select the permit you need to complete a status report for.  
    4. From the "Permit Components" list, click on the "Status Reports" component. 
    5. Select the status report type that is due. 
    6. Click “Edit Status Report.”  
    7. Click on the "NAME OF THE STATUS REPORT" (e.g. Annual Report, Nesting Bird Survey, Water Diversion and Use Report) component. 
    8. Read and follow the instructions carefully. Complete all required fields. 
    9. Click “Save Form.”  
    10. Click the "Mark as Complete" button.  
    11. Click the "Submit Status Report" button.  
    12. Click "Submit" in the alert window.
