The General Agreement set forth in Section 722, Title 14, CCR, became effective on January 2, 2018 and has been endorsed by the Secretary of State.

Emergency Regulatory Action for new Section 722, Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR): General Streambed Alteration Agreement for Activities Related to Cannabis Cultivation.

The Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) proposed Emergency Regulatory Action to adopt regulations affording entities who desire approval for an activity related to Cannabis Cultivation that is subject to the provisions of Chapter 6, Division 2, Fish and Game Code (FGC): Fish and Wildlife Protection and Conservation.
