    CDFW’s Habitat Conservation Planning Branch’s would like to announce the availability of the draft Santa Cruz County Regional Conservation Investment Strategy (RCIS) for a 60-day public review and comment period, closing on August 16, 2022. This RCIS provides nonbinding guidance to advance the conservation of sensitive species, habitats, and other natural resources within Santa Cruz County. The draft Santa Cruz County RCIS and public comment instructions may be found on the RCIS documents web page.

Persons with disabilities needing reasonable accommodation to participate in the public meetings or other CDFW activities are invited to contact the Accessibility Coordinator at (916) 651-1214.
