Availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Arica and Victory Pass Solar Projects (PDF) and associated appendices (PDF) (SCH No. 2020100076) in Desert Center, San Bernardino County. The projects involve, among other things, the construction, operation, and maintenance of two utility-scale photovoltaic electrical generating and storage facilities and associated infrastructure to generate and deliver renewable electricity to the statewide electricity transmission grid on 1,355 acres and 1,369 acres, respectively in Riverside County. CDFW's discretionary actions include the issuance of CESA Incidental Take Permits and issuance of Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreements.

Availability of an Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration for a Bank Enhancement Project at the Moss Landing Wildlife Area (PDF) (SCH No. 2021060719) in Moss Landing, Monterey County. The project involves, among other things, the replacement of a perimeter levee within the wildlife area; planting eel grass; and improving public access and amenities.

CDFW has completed the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Crimson Solar Project (PDF) (SCH No. 2018031027) in Blythe, Riverside County. The CDFW Final EIR incorporates the BLM Final EIS by reference in its entirety, with limited exceptions detailed specifically in the Final EIR.

CDFW has completed the Final Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Mesa Wind Repower Project (PDF) (SCH No. 2021030614) in the Whitewater and Bonnie Bell communities in Riverside County. The project includes the construction, operation and maintenance, and decommissioning of eight new wind turbine generators.

• • Availability of the Negative Declaration for the Chinook Salmon Coastal Release: Santa Cruz Wharf (PDF) (SCH No. 2021030569) in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County. The negative declaration involves the planned release of 160,000 Mokelumne River Hatchery raised Central Valley fall-run Chinook Salmon smolts off of Santa Cruz Wharf in 2021 and again in 2022.

Availability of a Subsequent Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration for the replacement of PG&E line 131 (PDF) (SCH No. 2018062074) in Livermore, Alameda County. This project will replace 825 feet of natural gas pipeline near Tranquility Circle.

Availability of the Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Boden Canyon Ecological Reserve Land Management Plan (PDF) (SCH No. 2020090030) in San Diego County. The plan seeks to protect, restore, and enhance habitat for sensitive species; contribute to research and education efforts; and manage existing public use opportunities, including upland game hunting.

CDFW has completed the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Ocean Ranch Restoration Project (PDF) (SCH No. 2018062020) in Humboldt County. The project will restore and enhance coastal dune and estuarine habitats with an 805-acre area in Loleta. Project goals include restoring natural ecological function and the enhancement of habitat for native and listed species.
