Thursday, June 5, 2025 Notice of Public Availability of Proposed Planning Agreement CDFW is considering entering into a Planning Agreement under the Natural Community Conservation Planning Act with the County of Sonoma, the City of Cotati, the City of Petaluma, the City of Santa Rosa, the Town of Windsor, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service. CDFW invites the public to review and comment on the proposed Planning Agreement (PDF) for the Sonoma County Habitat Conservation Plan and Natural Community Conservation Plan. Comments received on or before June 25, 2025, will be reviewed. Comment submission methods can be found in the Notice of Public Availability of Proposed Planning Agreement.
