SERP Concurrences

The Director of CDFW has concurred with the lead agency determination by Stanislaus County Parks and Recreation that the Basso/La Grange Reach Floodplain and Spawning Habitat Restoration Project (PDF) qualifies as a statutorily exempt restoration project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). (Pub. Resources Code, § 21080.56, subd. (e).)

The Director of CDFW has concurred with the lead agency determination by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board that the Merced River Plan Implementation: Sugar Pine Bridge Floodplain and Riverbank Restoration (PDF) qualifies as a statutorily exempt restoration project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
